She reviewed the email that said it wasn't' going to arrive until mid to late September and said the only way to return the item is to pay $199 for delivery and a 25% restocking fee. ![]() On 8/22 I called customer service & told them I changed my mind & would prefer the full refund. After thinking it over the weekend, I decided I'd prefer the refund which was offered to me originally. I told them on 8/17 that I wanted to exchange & was told via email that the item was on backorder & was not going to arrive until mid to late September. ![]() I contacted the ************** gave me a choice on whether to return the item or exchange. When it arrived on 8/16 it was the incorrect item. I received an email on 8/10 that it had been shipped & I would receive it late August. I paid $199 for home delivery which was my only option.
